for cancellations received before 60 days from the start of the course, the entire fee will be refunded less an administrative cost of 15%. • for cancellations received later, if the non-participation is replaced by another participant on the waiting list, the entire fee minus 15% will be refunded; otherwise, the entire fee will be retained. • No registration will be considered accepted unless accompanied by the entire participation fee.
